Plus there are plenty of non-alcoholic options too: artisanal lemonades, 0% beers & ciders, mocktails, plus our Colombes-roasted organic coffee.
IN THE KITCHEN
Head Chef — Nelci Ferreira da Silva
Nelci leads Local Bear's kitchen team.
She's been part of the adventure since 2019,
starting with the "Les Pâtes de l’Ours" project at Bear Cave.
Joining as a junior cook,
she rose to head chef through determination and passion.
She inspires our daily specials,
homemade desserts,
generous composed salads,
and all those little sauces and details
that make Local Bear special.

Noor
Noor joined us in 2023 as a junior cook.
He now manages evening and Saturday services.
Gopal
Arriving in 2022 as a junior,
Gopal became our dessert expert.
Cookies, molten cakes, cheesecakes—all under his watch.
He also helps produce our ice creams alongside Cameron and Stéphane Glacier.

Bahadur ensures fast, efficient service
while keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and ready.

Joining in 2025,
Abdullahi supports Nelci on lunch services
and handles deliveries from our suppliers.

Me: Cameron McQuale
Founder of Local Bear, behind the bar and in the dining room since 2016.
Arriving in Colombes in 2014, I quickly noticed the lack of craft beers and good burgers.
So I launched this little restaurant with zero management experience
and beginner-level French.
The adventure continues today.
I'm still here to share great beers,
new recipes,
original cocktails…
and sometimes really bad jokes…

Head Waiter: Ghiles Amrane
Ghiles joined in 2023 as extra staff,
mainly for evenings.
He became full-time in 2025,
now managing the front-of-house team.
Always smiling with an eye for detail,
he brings warmth, calm, and good vibes to our evenings.
EXTRAS — BAR & SERVICE
Gustave
Son of one of our favorite musicians and regulars,
Gustave brings his big smile and humor since 2024.
A regular at La Cuvée Obscure,
he's become an expert at charcuterie boards.
But watch out…
when Gustave's around,
the Red Hot Chili Peppers aren't far behind 🎸
Orchidée
Kind, courteous,
fast, and highly professional.
Orchidée joined Local Bear in 2025
and has become a reliable front-of-house star.
Erine
Bar expert,
Erine handles drinks,
especially our house cocktails,
prepared with style and precision.
She's been with us since 2024.
Luna
Soon a master of all things behind the bar,
Luna is a great addition to our team with her bright demeanour and an ability to learn cocktail recipes quickly while not forgetting to serve them just as fast by running around the restaurant with a drink platter.
She joined us in 2024.
Capucine
Our newest team member,
Capucine brings calm, joy, and professionalism
to front-of-house service.
She's been with us since 2025.

Small groups (1 to 6 people)
Call us preferably before the start of the service (from 11-12 or 17-19), or come directly. Smaller reservations are possible up to 12:30 (lunch) and until 19:30 (dinner). After that it is first come first serve but this gives us the flexibility to accommodate most situations without having to rush people and create a fuss. For reservations days in advance send a WhatsApp message :)

2. Full La Cuvée Obscure (covered terrace, interior + front terrace)
Minimum spend: €950 (21-45 people)
